Aleksandra Jović is a Member of the Executive Board and Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer at Nelt Group, a leading distribution and logistics company in Southeast Europe. She leads large-scale transformation programs focused on modernizing commercial and supply chain operations, embedding advanced analytics and AI in core processes and building capabilities for sustainable growth.
Before joining the FMCG industry, she spent over two decades in telecommunications and banking, where she held senior leadership roles in IT, digital innovation and strategic development. She led initiatives to modernize enterprise technology and data platforms, apply predictive analytics and integrate AI into everyday commercial and operational decision-making.
She has led data and technology transformation from the ground up — with a clear focus on business value, execution and long-term capability.
