Andrei Svoronos

Andrei Svoronos is an Associate Director at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), covering the Food & Agri and Real Estate sectors. He has over 20 years of corporate banking experience. Andrei holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Academy of Economic Studies and is a graduate of the Banking and Financial Management Faculty of Piraeus University.
At EBRD, he has participated in numerous landmark transactions with local and regional players, deploying a wide spectrum of financing instruments, including senior bilateral loans, bond issuances, and equity investments. The EBRD is a major institutional investor in Romania, having invested nearly €12 billion in over 570 projects to date.
