Elvin Guri is an Albanian-Bulgarian investor and entrepreneur. Currently CEO of Invenio Partners, advisor of several EIF-supported growth equity funds investing in industrial companies in SouthEast Europe. Previously with PwC and EBRD, in 2002he co-founded Jet Finance International, which became the largest consumer finance lender in the region. RSTX Capital, his family office, has made several notableinvestments, most recently in ONE Telecommunications (Albania) and BGC/Minimart (Bulgaria). Mr. Guri has an EMBA from the University of Oxford SaidBusiness School. He and his family support a number of educational institutions and initiatives in Albania, Bulgaria, and Kosovo.
