Mr. Bucataru has over 30 years of experience in turnaround management and equity investments. Prior to serving on the Board of Directors of Agricover Holding SA, Mr. Bucataru held executive and non-executive director positions in numerous companies in the CEE, including Transelectrica S.A. (listed), Teraplast S.A. (listed), United Milk Company, Lasselsberger, Sicomed, Sanex (listed), and senior executive positions in several other companies. Mr. Bucataru holds the ICD.D designation from the Canadian Institute of Corporate Directors. Mr. Bucătaru graduated from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest and holds an MBA from Durham University Business School in the UK.
