Vasil Naçi is a highly respected entrepreneur, author, trainer, and philanthropist. He is widely recognized for his lasting impact on Albanian society and the business community.

Hi holds a degree in Finance from the Agricultural University of Tirana (1991) and an MBA from the University of New York in Prague (2007). With over 34 years of experience, he has founded and holds ownership in more than 15 successful companies operating across Albania and the Western Balkans.

He is the Founder and CEO of Agna Group, the leading company in Albania’s FMCG sector, employing over 1,500 professionals through his diverse investment portfolio. Beyond entrepreneurship, he is the Founder and Chairman of Agna Leadership Academy. This platform is dedicated to cultivating excellence in leadership, communication, management, and professional development.
