Victoria has been the Director of EBRD office in Croatia since November 2018. In her capacity as a Director, Victoria is responsible for setting strategic direction for the EBRD in the country. In January 2023, Victoria became EBRD Regional Director for Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovak Republic. Victoria has 27 years of experience of which nearly 10 years in management/leadership roles within EBRD. She has proven banking skills with strong track record in originating, structuring and implementation of investment transactions across various sectors involving debt, equity, quasi-equity, complex syndicated deals and risk sharing. Victoria also has extensive policy expertise across various sectors in Croatia, Ukraine, Morocco and the Caucasus region. Extensive and successful hands-on experience in leading policy dialogue, developing and implementing sector and country strategies as well as representing EBRD with government authorities, business counterparts and the media.
Victoria holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the Kiev State University of Economics, Ukraine and the University of Central England, Birmingham, UK.
